It couldn't been an easy extra 1 to Voda

I was left speechless by Vodacom 4 U consultant at the Vaal mall, I wanted to do a sim swap to Vodacom but I was turned back because instead of me giving them a hard copy of my proof of residence I suggested to email it to them to do the sim swap. No was the answer I need to bring a hard copy, they punch in the info on their system and they give back to me. ? so I print out the same document from my phone, i give it to the consultant for them to give it back after 5 minutes, WOW. Clearly Vodacom you don't need more customers on your database after that service, thanks for showing before I join.
