Issues with your 14 day 1 Gig data bundle - is anyone else having the same problem?

The only reason I am writing via this platform is because I am pretty sure the customer care people I have spoken to are not escalating my issues correctly to your technical specialists and since I cannot email you, I have to get your attention here.

Ever since I have been purchasing your 14 day 1 gig data bundles, I have experienced missing data. I found this to be strange so I did my own investigating.

When I buy this bundle, most times it runs out before the 14 day expiry date. So I buy another bundle. Somehow on the day of the expiry, my current data bundle mbs also spontaneously disappear. I noticed every time I phone you people, it is the day after the first data bundles expiry date. So you blame me. You tell me I have apps running in the background (I have no Facebook, Twitter or instagram apps; who can actually use these apps without spending hundreds on data on Vodacom), then you tell me do I switch my updates off (yip i do), then you tell me it must be something I'm doing depleting usually 500-700mb of my remaining second data bundle literally overnight and obviously i get no sms to say it's depleted so all my airtime disappears too. Then you say "well my data was on, I'm not switching it off at night, so it's my responsibility". For heaven's sake, i don't even browse with my images on because you guys take SO much data so quickly, i have restricted all updates, i always close my apps,I am doing EVERYTHING in my possible power to save my data. Can you explain why my data can last over 7 days and then suddenly another one gig depletes in 3 days despite doing absolutely nothing different? You look for loopholes and then want to give me gestures of goodwill like oh thank you so much for being so kind because I am an obvious idiot who is doing nothing to save data? You tell me to monitor my apps using data usage apps. Fun fact, my data usage shows me only using 500mb for the time I purchased that second data bundle, what happened to the other 500mb? (screenshots attached)

Honestly if you think i will waste my own time and money just to get freebie data from you then you are insulting my intelligence. So tired of your call centre people blaming me when I monitor my usage religiously.

In fact i would even go so far to prove that data disappears due to some technical glitch on your side. It won't be that hard to prove. I can switch my data off even to prove that the data that disappeared is not because of me, but because for some magical reason, on the expiry data of data bundle 1, then data bundle 2 suddenly disappears. I want this resolved. I want to buy this bundle without feeling like I now can't buy another bundle out of fear that on the expiry date of data bundle 1, it's going to go away.

Why am I doing the work of your technical team? Why not just test it out. I will even do the test to prove it because the evidence clearly indicates a pattern here . how are your own analysts not thinking how an issue can occur so consistently with such glaring evidence but still fail to make an accurate diagnosis? Is it because Vodacom has so much pride it cannot even look to when it is the one at fault? Why must you always blame the customer as if we are children consuming data rampantly with no control and no responsibility and trying to get money out of you when we PAY YOU exorbitant amounts for data?

My loyalty to this company is wearing thin. You need a serious look at your values and if you are actually fulfilling these values you claim to stand for with customers.
