Issues with my account and not getting any help!

My contract was upgraded with effect from 01 October 2016 and with that I'm supposed to get monthly R200.00 worth of airtime. On Tuesday, 04 October I still had not received the airtime and I loaded my account with R110.00 airtime which dissapeared immediately. Confused and desperate to make a phone call, I immediately reloaded my account with another R55.00 airtime, which also disspeared instantly. What's interesting is that when I loaded my R55.00 airtime,it showed on the notification message that my new balance was increasing...it was around R365.00 (this supposedly included the R200.00 that I was supposed to get at the beggining of the month as per my contract). I checked my data balance and I had about 450MB of data and all my data-based applications such as WhatsApp were still running. This meant that I could not make calls as when I checked my balanace, it showed as R0. 00. I contacted Vodacom the next morning and they could see the R365.00 airtime on their side but they told me they could not see usage at the time would need to refresh my account (which would take up to 4 hours to do) and phone me back later that afternoon. 24 hours later I stil did not hear from them so I obvioulsy had to call again because I was the one who could not make calls with my phone. I was helped by another guy called Rony and he gave me the same message with the same promise to call me the next morning. I received a message the following day that my query has been escalated to the back-office department but the message did not have a reference number. I did not call that day. On Friday (07 October 2016) morning, while I was chatting on whatsApp, my messages suddely could not be delievered. Then I realised that I was now out of data, which I immediately tried to load (1G) but it also immediately disspeared. When I phoned I was told that the previous call that was escaled by Rony to the back -office was not even escalated when they checked on the system. This time I was helped by the lady named Mathapelo and I insisted to speaking to someone superior and she referred me to her supervisor who promised to treat my case with High Priorirty. The reality is that I'm a young lady who lives on her own and 550KM away from her family. I drive around on my own as well. Should anything happen to me I get into a situation where I'm unable to contact anyone for help. I was forced to go and purchase another cellphone which I did not budget for so that I'm able to make calls. I'm very frustrated because I pay for these services every month and Vodacom is in breach of their contract with me and exposing me to unnecessary risk by not doing much to get this problem getting fixed urgently. As a customer, I feel that I have unfairly treated and my rights as a consumer have been violated.
