Issues with cancellations of services

To whom it may concern,

Please could you assist me with the following two issues

iPad - ***

I have received the following reference numbers so far and I am no further than I was when I started this process

EC-04YF-22E4IL
S3-GVVAA-AIYS
EC-04YF-2IQA9O

I cancelled my contract via telephone in its entirety the end of March 2016. Your voice recording system will confirm this. One months' notice thus makes April 2016 the final month. I have received an

invoice from Vodacom for the month of May.
it seems I wrongly assumed that the person I spoke to after being transferred 4 times would've done his job properly. It seems that has not been the case. the number I initially dialed was 100 or 111 or something. It was either the 30th or 31st of March.

I refuse to pay for something that is not my fault. I did what was asked of me and I refuse to be held liable for a vodacom employee not doing their job. as far as I am concerned, I put in my cancellation request the end of March 2016 and that is all I should pay for. Why should I pay for incompetence and negligence?

The details of the account and invoice are as follows:
Account number I***-4
Cellular number ***

Invoice number B***
Invoice date 2016-05-03
Due date 2016-05-31
he reason for cancellation is because I have moved to Switzerland. As such, I am unable to call your call center, nor am I able to visit a Vodashop to discuss this matter.

Please confirm that as per my request in March, that my iPad number *** has been cancelled and that I owe no monies on it.

Then, please confirm and resend an invoice to me showing that the iPad subscription has been removed and that I am only liable for the *** payment.

I gave one month's notice on my line, ***, in March 2016. The one month's notice period then makes the month of April 2016 the last month for the number. When I spoke to the consultant in march, I explained that I was emigrating. I don't need a prepaid SIM. Please cancel this subscription as per my request in March 2016

The last I have heard from anyone regarding this was the 20th of May. I have since tried to correspond 3 more times and nobody has had the common decency to even reply other than an automated message.

PLEASE just cancel this subscription already!

iPhone ***

I have received the following reference numbers so far:

EC-04ZJ-2WWIPM
EC-04ZK-27FDMS
003S~SCR4
588345

I sent an email to the cancellations department on Monday 23 May. The email read as follows: “the aforementioned number's contract expires on the 2nd of July 2016. I would like to give notice to cancel this contract in its entirety at the end of the contract period.
Please forward the necessary paperwork to me so I can complete them and email them back.”

Someone interpreted this as a premature contract cancellation and sent me forms for premature cancellation. I immediately rep**** saying it wasn’t a premature cancellation and requested the correct forms. Still no reply. I can see a common thread here that the cancellations department are painfully ***********

I don't want to cancel my contract prematurely, I want to cancel my contract at the end of its contractual duration.

Regards,
Mark Oosthuizen
