Issue to cancel contract with Vodacom that did expire

Cancelled line per e-mail with written letter on business letterhead and copy of director id . Close ticket without completing cancellation… Send 3 e-mail and nit getting proof of receipt from Vodacom for the request to cancel. E-mail not answered *** - given with sms from Vodacom after call that we are not getting e-mail back from Vodacom Contract ***
