ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED .

Absolutely ridiculous service from Vodacom. How can my ticket be marked as closed and resolved when NOBODY from the Cresta branch has even bothered to contact me? The issue is exactly where it was when I logged the complaint — unresolved and ignored.

Do your systems just auto-close tickets to make your stats look better? Because from a customer perspective, this is not just poor service — it’s completely unacceptable.

I expected better. Someone from Vodacom Cresta needs to follow up and actually fix the issue instead of pretending it doesn’t exist.
