Issue resolved after complaint laid on Hello Peter

Thank you so much Hello Peter.

I submitted a complaint about Vodacom on this site last week. Vodacom responded and called me the following day. After months of being sent from pillar to post, one department to another, different consultants......the issue was resolved within one day.

All thanks to Hello Peter, my stress is now over and the issue has been resolved.....the account has been closed and I don't owe Vodacom any money. Thank you Hello Peter.
