IS VODACOM'S WHATSAPP TICKET A ****??
I've been suspicious for months now about the Vodacom whatsApp ticket, which I've been buying monthly since last year, and yesterday I received the clearest proof that that we are being conned - I haven't used any data for hours, but the moment I downloaded a whatsApp clip of 20MB, I received an sms from Vodacom informing me that I now only had less data available. Has anyone had the same experience?

15 Aug 2019, 10:24Today I found clear proof that Vodacom is *****ING from its customers. I bought 100MB on Sunday, and without hardly using any of it, I have just run out of data! Although I have 968MB left of my whatsApp ticket, I can't download a 2.1MB clip from whatsApp, and can't send any text messages, either. "You have reached your National Data Limit." I'd love to see the media, and also the Police, investigate this matter, as it seems like a clear case of THEFT, as Vodacom is taking money monthly from probably hundreds or thousands of customers, without giving said customers what they've paid for. I tried calling Vodacom's so-called "helpline," but guess what - I can't get to speak to a consultant.
