Is Vodacom's infrastructure collapsing, while stringing all its clients along?

I am a loyal client of Vodacom for more than 20 years, with multiple contracts paid every month, yet when I call for assistance due to connection issues which last for months, the only reply I get is empty promises. My business relies on internet connection, yet their is no loyalty from Vodacom to honor their contracts and deliver the service I pay for.

And I am not even talking about everyone asking about the issues where you can not even call someone without struggling to hear them? This was not even a thing 20 years back. If you had airtime and called someone you just knew the line would be fine. Now it is sometimes better to rather call via WhatsApp, because the normal airtime, which was super dependable, is having more issues that data?

No contact from Vodacom yet.
Every time I have followed up with my so-called Reference numbers, the query was marked as "Resolved" on the system.
These are generic and empty promises: "Please be advised that a consultant will be in touch with you shortly to assist with your query."

So I have received an email to resolve this issue. I rep**** with the required updated speed tests, and days later received another email form a different email address to ask that I reply on the previous email, which I did, using both email addresses. I also asked that they confirm if they received my emails...
