Is Vodacom treating me like this because am a women and black ?

@vodacom SA is it because I am Black and a women that's the reason my issues are not being addressed or is it because i am middle class and i can't stand a chance with a big cooperation like Vodacom are you taking advantage of that because i am starting to believe if I was rich or a Man or even of a different race my issues would have been resolved.

I have used all the channels i can possible think of to get a solution to my problem yet i am still being taken for granted. I have received calls from Vodacom claiming my issue has been resolved and my network will be opened before the end of the day yet two weeks later i still can't make phone calls .

I was advised the issue is resolved and yet i am still blocked , first issue thing i can't make phone calls , if i decide to change my number and this issue is note resolved my credit score will be impacted because i will be flagged for owing Vodacom . Please clear my name and profile because i owe Vodacom nothing the mistake i ever made was having a contract with you.
