We all know about the expose through News 24 about Vodacom \throttling"Blackberry users.They first denied it"

The Fair Usage Policy was implemented to ensure that our clients who use the Blackberry BIS service for the intended purpose of on-device social networking, and on-device e-mails (incl. viewing of e-mail messages, appointments, contacts, tasks and memos) are not affected by others who use more data intensive services. Please note that the Fair Usage Policy that is applicable to Blackberry is not applicable to any other service, even telephone calls.
