Is Vodacom that bad even their employees can't stand them

I have never came across a sales person talking bad about their products. I mean if the sales person bad mouths their products and promotes another as a customer what I'm I suppose to think about that product. I went to the Vodacom 4U in Cresta shopping mall, I spoke to a lady called Anisa. She told me how selfish Vodacom was. How they rob people of their data. She told me MTN was way better than Vodacom. As a customer getting information like that from an employee of Vodacom how should I continue using their products/service.
