Is Vodacom part of the 3rd Party ********

I have a contract with vodacom some time ago i checked my invoice and noticed something they called content service Vodacom was charging me +- 140 a month i phoned the call center they told me i am registered to some service I immediately asked them to de-register me because i dont know nothing about this how i registered and when. The following invoice i noticed the content service is on my invoice again. This is really concerning to me why would Vodacom allow this ******** to make money from me without me knowing even after i called vodacom is Vodacom part of this **** because they just invoice me every month. My biggest worry is why did Vodacom give money to this ******** without asking my permission is Vodacom part of this *******. I am demanding my hard earned money back from Vodacom who is facilatating these ****s.
