IS VODABUCKS STORE A ****? WHERE IS MY PACKAGE I PAID FOR !
Ref *** Good afternoon
My name is shaakiera *** i bought a phone through the vodabucks store on thursday the 1st oct 20 I only received confirmation of the purchase after I called vodacom thrice The sms I received AIFZ35438 tracking no. The vodacom agent then gave me *** digital planet I spoke to tsepo who told me as soon as they receive the package they will send me a message and call . since then I have not received anything from anyone. Today I called digital planet and suddenly the girl tells me they don't deliver for vodacom. Can someone please tell me what's going on? Where is my r599 and who is the delivery company? I have attached all my proof of payments and order number and tracking numbers. I expect someone to call me asap as vodacom sms said 5-7 working days it's 7 days today . and I want an answer. Or where is my money ? Is vodabucks store a ****? Is it just another way of robbing us of our money I want someone from vodacom to call me with a solution not excuses like the last 10 times I called them. When u miss a monthly they quick to stop ur services and add all unnecessary costs. My contract went from r349 now its sitting at 620 God alone knows how that is possible coz when I call to tell them I don't know about extra stuff on my contract still excuses and and no one fixes things. Either refund me my r599 for the purchase on vodabucks store immediately or deliver my package today! Which I doubt will happen coz I haven't even received any tracking info and 7 workings is today. BEYOND ANNOYED and WHY I WONT RENEW MY CONTRACT

08 Oct 2020, 11:09Still no call from vodacom . I tried the online chat and during the chat the agent Jenelle just ends the chat and doesn't even call back I mean they have all my details. I'm starting to really get pd off now.
