Is this really how you treat good customers??

I consider myself as a fairly good customer for Vodacom. Been with them for years, hold a couple of contracts, never a single default on payment and support them with a fairly high cell bill every month. I then discover that on the 2nd Jan, Vodacom have decided to put a credit limit on my account which is less than my monthly contract value so my account is suspended - all phones and data cannot be used. After reporting it to the call centre, physically going into a branch, receiving confirmation that the account is opened and credit limits increased, etc, I sit here 72 hours later with still no service. I have reported it again this morning and I have been advised that they are looking into it and will advise (the system according to Vodacom shows that all is restored however I played the suspension message to the Vodacom agent to prove that I am still suspended. In the interim I have had to cancel my travel arrangements because I cannot travel alone with no communication. I am sick and tired of dealing with an organisation where their call centre and stores have absolutely no ability to immediately assist you.
