Is this contract legal

What happens when the contract you signed up for is not the actual contract that you currently on? How is my contract at Vodacom listed in someone else’s name? Why did I get a number that was recycled at least twice? I didn’t agree to pay Vodacom using recycled money from another clients account. I have asked for a copy of my contract to be sent to me , I still have not received it and yes I still do not have a contract copy and we in year 2 of this cellphone contract , if I fail to pay my monthly subs will you contact me or the person who is listed as the account holder?
