Is this a joke???
<p>I've had my Vodacom number since 1996, with roaming working. Since end last year I had problems with it. Raised it again in March. Since Saturday 22 July been phoning constantly as I can't do any banking. Now, after 20 years of having roaming, a person sends me an email asking me to complete an application form for roaming and pay a deposit!!! Are you kidding me??? Is this a joke - where is Sucks, am I on camera???</p>
