Is there ANYONE at Vodacom that gives a damn?

I have been having difficulties with one of my Mobile Phones since I got it on a contract. It has now died for the umpteenth time. I called Vodacom Customer Care last week Wednesday 27th May 2015. When the Call Centre Operator could not understand that I did not think that the \Status Quo"was in anyway acceptable"
