Is it so hard to receive a copy of my cellphone contract

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 9th of December i called Vodacom asking for a copy of my contract since my phone is damaged and i need a copy of that contact inorder for my phone to get repaired. Today 19th of December i called Vodacom since i did not receieve my contract, when i called i was told that Vodacom tried calling me on Friday and they could not get hold of me so they closed my query. </p> <p>How do you even close a customers query witout even resovling it? When i called again today the lady i spoke to tells me again about opening another query and it will take 7 to 14 working days! Why should i wait for so long and be sent from pillar to post just to get a copy of my contract? Is it so complicated to email customers copies of ther contracts if it has to take so many weeks to respond to customers? </p> <p>Vodacom as a paying customer, I am pleading for a copy of my contract... </p> <p>Reference Number 1- ********** 41574</p> <p>Cell phone number ********** 453</p> <p> </p>
