Is it even possible to get out of Vodacom Fibre Line contracts?

I am seriously disappointed in the aftersales service of Vodacom's Fibre lines and I don't know if it is at all possible to cancel a fibre contract

Firstly I was connected quite quick and initial service was great. I however noticed no deductions coming off my bank account and no statements coming through. I enquired about this but after a series of attempts to the call centre, I finally found someone who was able to assist and update my banking details so that the debit order could go through, but still no statements. From there I tried for several months to get a statement from Vodacom, and eventually decided that i have had enough and thought i would rather look at other suppliers (who are much cheaper anyway). So, I asked to be disconnected and have my subscription cancelled. This turned out to be a major headache. At the moment i have tried the call centre with a couple of people promising everything is loaded, but no changes happen. I tried the email support line, each time getting a response that someone is looking into it and will get back to me asap. This reply then never happens.

Is there a proper way to get out of Vodacom Fibre Line?
