Is English no longer an official langue in South Africa?

I herewith cancel my contract with Vodacom for the following reasons:

1. Upon upgrading I tried to upgrade online twice, but the upgrade did not go through as no one called me to verify the validity of the upgrade request. 2. When requested a call back, I did receive a call from a helpful staffer, who assisted me. The promise was made that I will receive the phone within 3 days. The 3 days went by, no phone. Upon contacting your company I was informed that you were out of stock. No one in your company bother to informed me. 3. Upon receipt of the phone I tried to transfer my contract from Abdroid to Apple with receive and sms from you that the contract will only be transferred on the 27th April 2019. On the 27th I was able to transfer my phone to the iPone, using my WiFi, but to date my sim is not activated. 4. I tried to contact you via phone, but the helpline is only served in African Languages. As I am unable to understand any African language. We search online to change the langue, but to no avail seeing that Vodacom has decided not to serve any English or Afrikaans speaking customers any longer, to top it all Vodacom also do not except any emails. I therefore cancel my contract in the public domain with immediate effect: a. The inception of the contract being only the 27th April 2019 fall therefore within the cooling off period of 7 days. b. My current 2 lines are also cancelled
