Is an early upgrade possible ?

I just wan't to find out whether its possible to get a early upgrade as i'm stuck with a broken phone my upgrade date is 24 March 2019 the number i'm enquiring about is currently not in use can't receive sms' ********** 497 just a yes or no will do instead i'm told to contact upgrades

Electronic voice when calling Vodacom upgrades free number "our upgrade consultants are unfortunately unable to assist as you currently do not qualify for an upgrade in my previous complaint i stated my upgrade date is 24 March 2019 i'm stuck with a broken phone i only want to find out if i can do a premature upgrade ? I was also told just to phone upgrades which i did and got the above reply it's bad customer service and getting worse
