HELP!! I am clearly not the first person to have endless problems with the fact that I did everything in my power to cancel two contracts that I had with Vodacom in January 2021 - and that was frustrating enough as I was slow off the mark to realize that the two year contract (and resultant stop orders) was long past and neither of the devices were being used. Since then, I have been harrassed in the most unpleasantly intimidating way by various legal firms who when i present my evidence never respond. It then moves on to the next legal firm and the nightmare then is repeated again. It is clearly not in the interest of these legal firms to resolve the matter as they obviously only receive a commission from monies collected so this will never get resolved without Vodacom itself going into the history. I therefore humbly implore a Vodacom representative to get in touch with me and stop wasting everyone's time on this matter.
