Irritatating tone

I just got off the phone with Nandi from your collections department. She needs to sound serious on the phone. She must stop chewing when she speaks to clients. Lastly, she must hold the phone correctly because all those funny sounds her phone makes when she's playing with the cable, are irritating. Paying customers should be treated as such, call centre agents are not doing us favours by answering calls, it is their job.

I asked her for her surname and she asked me why i wanted it? If she knew that she was giving me the best service she wouldn't have thought twice before giving me her full details. She then told me she is unable to tell me her surname, what exactly does that mean?

She asked me for my phone model and asked me if i know how to search for settings on my phone. I said no and she left me like that. She didnt tell me why she was asking me. Terrible service, irritating tone and bad behaviour. That's why SA customer service will always be rated the worst comapred to other countries. good product knowledge couple with bad behaviour adds up to worst customer service.
