Vodacom service is beyond pathectic , for being a customer for over 10years , i recently added on a fibre connection. The sales person was so quick to sign me up and I moved houses , Since October noone has been assisting me , I have been making endless calls to the call centre , i have rated all their calls horrible and still no feedback. Now the managers are even ignoring me and giving me the run away , YET every month the debit order is going off.VODACOM HAS REALLY DROPPED THE BALL , they expensive for nothing.Please my advice , noone should use this pathectic service provider
