IRREGULAR CLAIMS ON VODACOM BILLING.

*****ULANT CLAIMS ON VODACOM BILLING. II normally pay R320.00 to R390.00 monthly on my Vodacom account. For January the bill sky rocket to R1 166.56. With a audit on my account i found that Vodacom added a life insurance to the amount R362.83. I did not request any life or other insurance as I have Insurance else where, I found that i Purchased 2 items to the value of R309.80 of which I do not know of. .I have never bought any thing on my Vodacom account.. I further found that 200MB auto data was added to my bill.to the value of R493.05. which is extremely expensive. I load data bundles from my bank account which is much cheaper.. So Vodacom the person responsible should brought to book and refund my account as a matter of urgency.
