Irate client

I am highly frustrated with vodacom at this point. I've been sent from pillar to post. Had an account to with vodacom which has been settled and closed almost a year ago. However I seem to have a listing which still appears on ITC which is a huge negative for me. I've been referred to vodacom legal time and time again with the paid up letter but no feedback or response. This is uncalled for as you mos ies have been well received whilst.
