I wish there a 0 option as to how i would rate Vodacom , i had complained on this platform and i got a call , then an email . I provided the guy with my reference numbers , two weeks later still no feedback. I am so disapointed with the service , it just gets worse and the consultants that call provide no feedback or sound annoyed .Vodacom this is not on. Please can you refund me my money for four months now.Thank you
