iPhone14 Pro disaster
How is Vodacom still operating when they can't fullfil the simplest of obligations towards their customers. I am still waiting on my iPhone 14 pro that was ordered in October 2022. To this day, all I've received from Vodacom was empty promises and lies. Forget about contacting them through their customer help lines. A one Xhomani at Vodacom After Sales promised that he'll get back to me regarding my query, and guess what, I'm still waiting. Got given a reference number, WN_MTSIC001, but it seems this is just a means off getting you off the line. Last communication from Vodacom was a private response on this very platform. Again promising that I would receive my device in December. Its almost February.
