Iphone - Tax Invoice

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I accidently blocked my Iphone and is now activation locked , i have contacted Apple and they are able and willing to help me , however i need the Tax invoice to prove that the phone actually belongs to me for security purposes.</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone which is blocked as mentioned was one of my Upgrades from Vodacom (Tiekams in queenstown) i have contacted the manager that has been keeping me on a string for just over a month to obtain the Tax Invoice as when i upgraded this was not given to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>She alwyas has a story ive heard them all , from she was busy , being on leave , cant find the box , the person that filed it has left surely this isnt my problem as i am the customer , she also always promises to get back to me , ehich she never does...</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE HELP as my phone is compeletly useless now and Apple will on help if i submit a Tax Invoice.</p>
