iPhone \No Service"onVodacom after Unblacklisting"""
I bought an iPhone 5s at a Vodacom Shop in August 2015. At the very end of November 2015, I lost / misplaced it, to a point that I reported it lost - to the police and to Vodacom. ITC Ref No: ***7.
Becuase I needed my number to be working, I did a sim swap on the very same day as I was on the road. I bought a new temporary handset which is using a Micro Sim.
A few days later, I recovered the iPhone and I contacted Vodacom Customer Care who advised me that I should get a particular form and send throught to the VSPBlacklisting e-mail, which I did on 5 December 2015 (Ref EC-0XSP-2CY6RS and EC-0XSP-2CJBWC).
After a few interactions, I finally received confirmation on 8 Dec 2015 from Pinkie via VSPBlacklisting e-mail that the unblacklisting was successful. I was advised to keep my phone off for 24 hours, and then switch it on. I did that and there was no improvement. I continuously informed them + visited centres in PE, KWT, EL + numerous CustomerCare calls + SocialMedia messages. NO positive outcome.
Now, I believe Vodacom should replace my phone if they cannot get it to work after they messed it up. I have no other thought but that if they cannot fix my phone.
