Iphone charger
Bought an Iphone 6 from Vodacom in the grove mall. Recently found that my charger isnt working. I went to Vodacom in Menlyn to enquire and they told me I should go to the Vodacom shop that I purchased it from. So I went back to the Vodacom in the Grove and enquired they told me I should go to I fix in Menlyn. I went to I fix in menlyn and they told me I should give it in to the shop I bought it from. Nobody wants to help me thats why I am complaining about it on Hello Petter. I am now probably going to end up with a charger thats out of waranty thanks to Vodacom and I Fix.

Kindly be advised that Vodacom is bound by the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions when dealing with the repair or replacement of a handset.
Vodacom Repairs is cellular repair service organisation and our business model is based on the manufactures warranty obligations and conditions, as such we are not able to deviate from that.
