Iphone 7 screen replacement not done properly and scratched my phone in the process

I took in my phone for screen replacement at Vodacom Lakeside, i got my phone around the 24th march 2017. I was told that i have 3 months warranty on the job done. During that period i realised that the screen was pulling off. Took it back and i was told that i need to pay around R6300, to fix the screen even though the 3 months has not passed. I insisted that the fix as the 3 months has not passed and the agreed that thill fix. I got a call yesterday that the phone is ready. To my surprised the phone was still in the same condition and i was told that they replaced a screen. The other thing was that my phone had a scratch onit which was not there before. The manager said that thats the best they could do to fix my phone which to me still was the same as when i took it in. He suggested that he s**** the phone and i claim from insurance, which i am not willing to do cause now I have to pay excess twice, if he noticed that initially they couldnt fix the phone why did he make me pay the first excess. The phone is now scratched and the screen is pulling off and i have to uncur more costs with insurance. He is trying to make money from me by s****ping my phone, they damaged my phone and i have to pay for it. This is a ******* why should i pay for vodacom's mistakes.

I was asked to book in my phone before i could even take it in the screen just went dead. I took it in yesterday and I was told that they will replace my phone. The manager told me that i will get a replacement phone but it will not be in a box. How sure am I that this phone is not a second hand phone? The reason for me to get a phone without a box is that vodacom gets phones from istore like that and the other reason is that i already have a box from this phone. My phone is only 3 months old and i am pay an arm and a leg for this phone. Why should I get a replacement phone which i am not even sure that it was used before. I have not even enjoyed using my phone cause most of the time it was at VODACOM. This is really an inconvenience, and i am told that the turn around time is 7 - 14 days. It is an inconvenience and costly as well as I have to setup a new phone, restore my back at my own cost. This is really unfair
