IPHONE 7 PRE-REGISTRATION FARCE

On the 5th October 2016 i pre-registered for the new iPhone 7 phone. I recevied an SMS confirming my pre-registration from the Vodacom Online Team. The SMS advised contact from the 7th-14th October 2016 to progress the process. Today is the 29th October 2016 and i have received no further communication. As per image provided this clearly constitutes a case of false advertising as the commitment for contact provided has not been met or a suitable alternative offered. This is not acceptable practice in any way. This is also not the first incidence where this has occured. This is the 3rd time i have pre-registered for a new device and not been contacted. I will thus be removing device based revenue from my contract billing by sourcing the phone from other suppliers when my contract is possibly renewed. I wil also suggest any others that I can influence to do the same. In time this may force some introspection to not treat customers with disdain and to follow up on promises made.
