IPHONE 7 PRE-ORDER - TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM VODACOM ONLINE

I am very extremely angry and disappointed in Vodacom and the recent pre-odering of the Iphone 7.

1. I pre-registered for the Iphone 7 the very first day that pre-ordering was available on the Vodacom website. I chose the Iphone 7 64GB Jet Black Model and received confirmation of my pre-order on the 30 September 2016. (REFERENCE 35KWYW)
2. A few days later, I saw in an advert that there is no 64GB model for the Iphone 7 and sent a tweet on 7 October 09:13 querying this. By now I'm upset because of Vodacoms mistake of including the option of a 64GB model on the website I go from being one of the first people on the list to one of the last.
3. A consultant from Vodacom Online phoned me on 7 October 2016 09:17 to apologise for the mistake and to ask what model I wanted and the package I wanted. After the call I wanted to find out if I would receive confirmation of my order so I tweeted Vodacom again 7 Ocober 10:04 and was told that I will receive the confirmation within 24 hours/
4. On 8 October after receiving nothing I tweeted Vodacom again and they called me and say that they will send a request to Vodacom Online to give me a callback.
5. The 8th of October was a Saturday, a Manager from Vodacom online got back to me on THURSDAY 4 DAYS LATER and he was didn't seem to know what was going on in his department after a lot of time wasted with him he said that he will have a consultant phone me back.
6. Unfortunately when they did phone twice that afternoon I was in a meeting and could not answer the call.
7. Thurday evening 20:37 I tweeted Vodacom again explaining the situation and the consultant asked me for my reference number Thursday morning which I gave him.
8. A Vodacom support consultant phoned me and let me know that he will get Vodacom Online to phone me back.
9. A CONSULTANT PHONED ME AND ASKED ME WHAT MODEL I WANTED AND WHAT PACKAGE I WANTED!!!!! ARE YOU ****** KIDDING ME!!! I told him that all that was taken cared off a week ago.
10. He then told me that he will transfer me to the consultant that assisted me a week ago by the name of Lennon (not sure if that is spelled correctly).
11. Once I got through to him and explained the whole situation he started saying he remembered the situation and so on.
12. He then proceeded to tell me that all preorders were lost due to a new system that they are using - MY PROBLEM WITH THIS IS, WHY THE HELL DIDN'T VODACOM LET PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THE APPLICATIONS WERE LOST????? YOU HAVE THE EMAIL ADDRESSES OF THE PEOPLE THAT PRE-REGISTERED SINCE YOU SENT US REFERENCE NUMBERS WHEN WE REGISTERED OR EVEN POST IT ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER OR WEBSITE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW SO THEY CAN FOLLOW UP. BUT NO YOU CHOOSE TO KEEP THIS SILENT AND MAKE US FOLLOW UP.
13. After asking why I wasn't informed he started to say that he it wasn't him that helped me! (Refer to point 11) now the guy denies that he *****ed up. By now I am fuming, I had to go through the whole process of selecting the model and package. I insisted that I want a quotation which I received much to my amazement!(QUOTE: 1- ********** 8454)
14. I asked when I will be receiving my phone and he said by Monday or Tuesday.

All I want to say is due to Vodacom and their consultants incompentence I am way down in the list to receive my Iphone when I should have been near the top. You say I am getting the phone on Monday or Tuesday? Ok fine I will wait until then but if I do not receive it I will post on a daily basis on Facebook, Twitter and Hello Peter on a daily basis until Vodacom sorts this out.

I have four contracts with you and have never skipped a payment and I buy a lot of extra data and airtime from you and this is how you treat a loyal customer?

Expect another post should I not receive my phone by Tuesday
