IPhone 7 plus

I am very upset I went to Vodacom Cycad in Polokwane to do my upgrade but they didn't have the phone in stock, so I went then to Vodacom Savannah the same story but they said they will order it for me and I will receive it in 3day's time. They never phoned me to come and collect or to tell me what is going on. I went back to them after trying a 1000 times to phone them but they do not answer their phones. They just told me they didn't receive the phone yet not even saying sorry that they didn't come back to me...... I phoned Vodacom Mall of the North and the lady there ordered it for me and said it will take two days. I phoned her after two days and still it didn't came it is two weeks now and I am very upset about this matter. I spoke to a guy think his name is Jacques from Mall of the North last week Friday and he promised to came back to me by Monday I still haven't heard anything from him. Vodacom service suck every time they tell me the courier will bring phones just to get the answer again they do not have it. Why are they advertising phones if they do not have it make promises but nothing happens. How is it possible that there is no IPHONE 7 PLUS ROSE GOLD 128KB in the entire SA!! I am thinking to cancel my contract from VODACOM because they do not have any service to give to their costumers.
