Iphone 7 Plus

On 26 August I app**** for an upgrade at Vodacom Online on an iPhone 7 Plus which included an apple watch series 2. The online shop and my conformation stated that the device and accessory was 'in stock'. On my first query, a week later, the Vodacom online operator told me that the it's on a back order, they are waiting for the watch. On my second query, still back order, but now they are waiting for the device?? I did a third query, more than 2 weeks later, same answer. When I phoned for the fourth time, I got the answer that it is still on a back order and it takes about a month for a delivery. I hanged up and phoned again almost immediately, to find out that the device and accessory is discontinued??? I was transferred about 5 times to different departments and still did not receive an answer.
