iPhone 7 no wireless earphones

<p>I upgraded my contract with Vodacom and on the 14/10/2016 I received my new iPhone 7plus. </p> <p>Very excited as they delivered on time as promised, however on receipt of the new phone I realized that no wireless earphones were supp**** as indicated on all of Apples marketing materials that the new iPhone 7 will come with wireless earphones. I have complained and on numerous occasions the people I felt with could not give me an answer or provide me with the wireless earphones. This has been going on since 14/10/2016. </p> <p>This is dismal customer service. I was even placed on hold for over 20 minutes by a rude agent and then I gave up holding on. </p> <p> </p> <p>Tweeted Ed so many times as well and the last response from them was 2 days ago promising that someone from management would be in touch with me .... still waiting!</p>
