iPhone 6S Plus 64GB space grey out of stock

Yesterday 15/11/2015 I upgraded on Vodacom's online store. I requested a IPhone 6S Plus 64 GB in Spage Grey. The site said limited availability. I proceeded and completed the upgrade. I received an email that stated the order had been made the device is in stock and a delivery could be expected in 3-5 working days. This morning I phoned the upgrade department to hear if they had received my order as I cannot trace my order. They said their system was down. Later I phoned again only to hear they have no stock of the specific spec a device as ordered. They told me that it was on back order but no one can give me a date when the shipment is due. I phoned a local Vodacom outlet who also told me they don't have stock they only order and that they do not have a convirmed date of arrival. They could however tell me that they, Vodacom, placed an order on 07/11/2015 and again on 13-11-2015 for the device in question. Probably for their warehouse stock. But no one can confirm an availability date? And why did the email I received say \in stock"? Some clarity please!!! If the mail said in stock"
