iPhone 6 plus NOT repaired after 4 months!

Today my iPhone 6 plus was delivered from the Vodacom Repair Centre. It stopped working in December 2015. I have been without my handset for 4 months, I am still charged R395 per month for a handset I did not have. I have had NO correspondence regarding the status of the phone repair. Today I received the phone back and it is still doing the same thing!<br> <br> The iStore and Apple globally, are aware of these problems with the first iPhone 6 plus handsets and they REPLACE these phones for customers, they do not try to fix it. <br> <br> I have been using an OLD phone for 4 months but I am paying for a new handset!
