iPhone 6 Plus camera problems

Bought a Vodacom contract iPhone 6 Plus from Istore in Clearwater in January , used it till now with no problems, I actually dropped it while it was new and had a mark on the casing. Used it with no problems thereafter till I had a problem with the camera in October , i took it to Istore in vodaworld, they checked it by serial number and informed me there was a recall on the phone because of the camera problem, they couldn't take it in though because it's a Vodacom phone had to take it to Vodacom. I then booked it in with Vodacom repairs centre in cresta who booked in the phone. I got messages informing me of the movement till the messages stopped when it got to their repair center. I went to the Vodacom shop to inquire and was told I was supposed to pay R6500 for the camera because there were drop marks on the phone which voids the warranty. I tried to explain that the drop wasn't the cause of the camera as I used it like that before, the problem here is because the phone was recalled because of the problem with the camera which they should fix. I contacted escalations department and all were unhelpful to my cause though they admited they know about the recall . I have all the ema
