Iphone 6 CURVE!!???

After 11-12 months my perfectly new and protected Iphone 6 just decided to bent in the middle of the back case.

After sending the phone away and lots of confusing telecom discussions with Vodacom CRM staff whom is very un-helpfull as well as un-trained I am sitting with a still bent phone 22 days later.

The "Ping-Pong" went something like this :

You have Vodacom insurance, the phone will be replaced.

O sorry we made a mistake you have no insurance, the phone cannot be repaired we are sending it back to Paarl.

Phone under warranty will send back to repair centre.

Phone shows external damage due to screen popping out of case, sorry no warranty repair.

O yes case is bending backwards so the screen will pop out.

Phone will be send to APPLE Head Office for assessment.

Sorry Sir we cannot send the phone to Apple head Office because it is out of warranty.

Yes Sir we understand that you reported the problem before end May 2016, but NOW the phone is out of warranty.

And so the joke continues!

My average debit order with Vodacom is R 1600 per month and I am treated like a total stranger.

Job numbers was a nightmare as well ranging from ********** 9 to ********** 2 ?!

Today 21 June 2016 I went to Vodacom Paarl Mall to enquire, because no final feedback was given, no I am in possession of my Iphone 6 CURVE once again.

Very unhappy and frustrated I hope this letter lands on the right desk at Vodacom and someone with logic can see there is a product problem wiht my phone.
