iPhone 6 booked in after 2 weeks

SECOND TIME IM LOGGING THIS COMPLAINT, AS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK ON MY INITIAL COMPLAINT LOGGED.

Initial complaint...

I upgraded to the iPhone 6 in May and 2 weeks later my phone did not want to boot past the apple logo. I went to Vodacom in Canal Walk (Cape town) on the 25th May and was told that they would need to send my phone away. I called yesterday, 31st May, to follow up and was promised someone would call me and to date I have not received any call. (Job number ***3) I was also advised that I would need to pay for another glass screen protector and I feel this is ridiculous, as I did not even have my phone for 3 weeks. I do not want any discount, and feel that Vodacom or iPhone should pay for the inconvenience and lack of communication received. I was always a Vodacom fan and always telling my family and friends how good the brand is.. until now. Very dissapointed. Looking forward to hearing from you soonest.

I received a call from Canal walk vodacom now to advise my phone is ready and that i would need to pay for a cover???? and she cant confirm if its a replacement new phone or if the phone was fixed? How can a phone be fixed after 2 weeks???
