Iphone 6 bend in Warrenty

Hi There, I have my iPhone 6, 5 months old and still looks brand new, as if it was just taken out of a sealed box, and discovered that the phone is slightly bend and was all the time in a R500 plus case of speck, and was only discovered bend when I took it out to clean the phone, and place on a flat surface. I informed Vodacom and was advised to take the device into one of the Vodacom repair stores and did so, and the device was assess in CPT repair Centre and later send to JHB for a second opinion, by a technician in JHB It is now discovered that it is not a manufacturing fault, and Vodacom is willing to swop for new device to the ridiculous amount, almost to a value of a new IPhone, but this is a new phone that my insurance paid out through cell u city which did not at the time had stock and arrange for me to collect one at Vodacom in Waterfront. Vodacom refuse to replace my device, and what makes me frustrated is the fact that you as a client need to call them back all the time for feedback. Vodacom you suck big time and I am 6 years with you, I think it is time to end my relationship with you and spread the word of your bad service. You better call me back and convince me otherwise and must have a bladdy dam good reason for this as if not I will proceed with legal action
