Iphone 6

<p>Hello my name is amandla one of your million customers, contact number ********** 347 (thats if i will be able to answer your call), i have been a loyal customer to vodacom ever since i had a cell phone. beginning 2015 i brought my first contract phone with you guys an iphone6, great!.</p> <p>First few months everything was okey until my phone started freezing and not responding to my inputs, went to a vodacom outlet and made calls to vodacom several times, pity i was told to wait for a software upgrade patient little me i did. i dont know how many software upgrades were lunched and i performed but still the problem was not resolved.</p> <p>Tried to contact iphone but nothing! so i decided to share my frustration online "iphone support community" this is now April 2016, still no help.</p> <p>https://discussions.apple.com/message/ ********** 7?ac_cid=op123456# ********** 7</p> <p> </p> <p>So again now decide to go to repairs at vodacome, fine! i paid R1000 OKey, the problem was fixed that is what they said. One or two months later still experienced the same problem.</p> <p>I have missed a lot of important calls but still fine... so today it happens that i am in an emergency and i had to make a quick call, i couldn't because my phone is not responding to any of my inputs, it directs itself to some other apps (my day to day experience) and yes today it accidentally fell and broke its screen.</p> <p>I am so disappointing with vodacom and iphone just on their level of response. Every month you are able to send me my invoices but no response in fixing my phone.</p> <p>I really hope i will get at least a reply on this matter!</p> <p>Regards<br />Customer </p>
