iPhone 4S
I took a contract with vodacom last year on the 26th of Aug for an IPhone 4S and now it does not switch on at all. I took it for repairs in Cresta and I was told that they cannot fix it because i dont have an insurance. My question is what about the Warranty??? I called the call centre 082 111 and a lady told me sha cant help without a job. How am I going to have a job number cause the vodacom repair couldnt take my phone for repairs. I've been a Vodacom client for as long a I can remember and will not accept the treatent that I was given
