Today I went to Vodacom repair Centre to follow up on my Iphone5s which has a Home button problem. <br> I want told they do not repair Iphones and they will repalce it for me at R4300. <br> <br> 1. Why did you then have my phone for 2 weeks to quote a repair. <br> 2. Why did you not contact me per phone as you undertook to do. <br> 3. I went to repair centre acroos the passage and they quoted me R700 to have it repaired. <br> <br> Now my question to you is. Why call yourself a repair centre if you do not repair phones. <br> Why do you try and sell a new one to me in the same breath. <br> Vodacom has become like all \service"providers.
