iPhone 11 on cell *** was never ordered by us
A/C: I***-8 Cell No: *** After numerous complaints, I was told I could go into the store to upgrade but discovered there is an open order for an IPHONE 11 on *** which we never ordered. Something is definitely wrong here. Vodacom Customer Care please fix the problem. Who and why is your online Sales team putting upgrades on our account?
