IPad air 2 availability

I am so not okay right now with Vodacom's services. I went to Boulders to apply for a contract for IPad air 2 and they told me they'll deliver within 2 days and couldn't even get it in the 5th day. I cancelled my contract with them and tried applying online through some random agent. The guy was very helpful and I am sure he would've kept his promises. So because Boulders has not cancelled the contract application this guy could not proceed with helping me because the application ID has been given to someone. And this someone called me today, he was so rude telling me that the guy who was trying to help me was new, and the application is in his name and not the guy. He said he will call me after 2 hours and we'll proceed with the application. To my surprise he has not called. Can Vodacom cancel my application please, I don't want the IPad anymore, you clearly don't care about your customers but how many sales you make. This guy was angry because they were gonna take the application from him and he was going to lose, but he is just useless.
