IP address Blacklisted
I had been advised by my WSP that my IP address had been blocked. see the following:- "You are getting your IP from Vodacom, someone used that IP to send spam mails, then disconnected, then the IP became available and when you connected you got the IP and now you have the problem of the IP being flagged on international blacklists. The ISP will need to get the IP de-listed on the blacklists by submitting duelist requests to each blacklist vendor and then waiting for them to de-list. Some vendors charge fees to be de listed which is the ISP's responsibility. I contacted Vodacom yesterday 4/10/2017 requesting a de-listing. No response received yet from Vodacom, I am still blacklisted.
